The R&D section are speicalized in the design in mid-term or long-term school development,especially focusing on multi-lingual learning Programs. Promotion of the application of specific projects are practiced in the form of global education practice and workshop transaction in interesting telecommunication. Action research on programs are conducted.School-based contests as well as training teams for city- or nationwide academic competition are also organized.

「青年就教於青年」TWYN2004專案，其目的在於聯合各校師生透過資訊溝通科技，特別是同步視訊的方式，將知識整合到青年知識網路的「青年就教於青年」(Tutor Within Youth Neighborhood)，以適合的義工青年在團隊中互相學習，並且延攬各個領域專家，和全世界青年學子一起來跨越知識學習落差，共同在網路的天涯若比鄰的環境中營造以議題為中心之結構性的知識體系，並且引導e世代關懷因缺乏知識力量的弱勢族群，並平等地分享生活經驗知識。 |
Tutor Within Youth Neighborhood is aimed at organizing youth to become knowledge networker. Applying video conferencing tool to knowledge sharing, youth can give a helping hand to people in need and equally share their experience in bridging knowledge divide. |

計畫摘要
高雄女中與高雄高工等啟動台灣網路假期之「文化多寶格2004計畫—神話造型」專案，主要針對：
(一)與歐洲聯盟及世界各國進行國際線上合作，並且進行深入的文化探索及對話，並主要以面具形式呈現美術風格。
(二) 開始長期青少年互動的外交關係，與歐洲聯盟及世界各國共同發現、了解並且欣賞對方的生活。
(三) 與國內各校進行合作，應用網路媒體展現教學內容。
(四) 幫助學生將所學知識應用在本土和世界之美術及歷史專案學習上，並記錄學習經驗，增加知識內容及藝術作品的創新價值。
(五)以問題解決(problem-solving)的概念及專案學習(project-based)完成超學科學習模式(transdisciplinary)，亦即了解中西文化生活的問題，並融會所學，應用各學科知識來解決。

關懷愛滋 |
AIDS/HIV Caring Project |
2003年高雄女中同學代表台灣，藉由YKN模式參與由荷蘭啟動，共八國師生共同參與的「愛滋與青少年」(AIDS/HIV and Youth)專案，透過填寫問卷、專題研究及交換訪談經驗，並參與由YKN理事長，也是高雄女中校長余碧芬女士安排全國女童軍組織的「愛滋徽章考驗營」，獲得二手的採訪資料，做成報告，對愛滋病本身的防護有了較深刻的了解。
2004年我們承繼了學姊之前所做的專案，除了對愛滋病本身的了解及認識，我們更調查了台灣人眼中愛滋病患者的形象，發現愛滋病患者往往除了自己給自己的枷鎖，社會大眾更給了他們另一層牢籠，我們不是他們無法為他們卸下心理、生理的這層枷鎖，所以我們致力於改變社會大眾的眼光。先是製作巧克力與巧克力盒募款，然後利用戲劇與文宣讓社會大眾也對愛滋病有所了解，並進一步擬定愛滋人權宣言、連署簽名，提倡愛滋人權、給愛滋病患者一個平等的發展空間。
2005年我們又承接了學姐的專案，並又做了問卷調查了解現在大部份的人又是怎樣看待愛滋患者，對他們的觀點又是如何，並編寫故事，也找了一些真實的故事已供大家更了解他們，我們也打算在寒假時為他們做一些有義意的事，已便幫助他們，也讓社會大眾知道他們的存在。 |
KGHS-AJET 2003 participate in iEARN project "AIDS/HIV and Youth," coordinated by Netherland through the model of Youth Knowledge Network, Taiwan.
In 2004, we inherited the project which our school sister did. In addition to the understanding and knowledge about the AIDS, we also interviewed Taiwanese about the AIDS patients’ images. We notice that the AIDS patients usually are in two cages: one of the two cages is that they give to themselves because of their pessimism, and the other is that the society gives to them. We are not them so we can not get off these two cages. Therefore, we try to change the thought of society. First, we made chocolates and chocolate boxes to raise money for them. Second, we use the drama to let society also have the understanding to the AIDS. Next, we sign jointly the signature to give an equal development space of patients of AIDS.
At the year 2005 we take over our school sisters' projects. We did a survey on how everyone think about AIDS patients and the way they look at them. We wrote stories about them and also found some true stories to let everyone know more about them. We are planning to do something for them so that the society can sense their existence. |

The Educational Trips to Japan is an organized effort for twelve schools in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The Ally of Senior High School Alliance of International Youth Travel Education actively promotes the global exchange in order to broaden students’ horizon. The great encouragement for Taiwan teachers and students greatly enhance the exchange activities based on creative instructional design. It is believed that the good-willed mutual visit among the younger generation will increase understanding and collaboration between Japan and Taiwan. 日本名古屋青年高峰會議 (World Youth Meeting in Nagoya: WYM)積極協助各國青少年，運用網際網路共同討論學習全球重要議題。WYM強調以科技資訊及英文做為跨國跨校溝通工具以達成跨國聯合網路專案學習(Joint Project-based Learning)。
每年由四月至九月在日本青年高峰會議委員會(WYMC)的籌畫下,經由資訊通訊科技協助跨國師生進行三階段交流.分別為(一)網路交流階段(二)實體專案發表階段與(三)網路成果展示階段。其中在第二階段,WYMC每年暑期邀請各國青少年齊聚於日本名古屋，展開面對面的文化學習交流。使參與學生經由英文及網路科技觀察、比較國際文化思想之差異並培養協調、溝通、包容、接納、合作的能力。 |

2006觀光文化多寶格 |
Tourism Cultural Curio Cabinet 2006 |
台灣青年知識網路學會啟動之「文化多寶格」專案，已於2003-2004年參與歐盟網路假期，2005年獨創建築文化多寶格，並且榮獲行政怨青輔會GYSD大賽最佳創意文化服務獎.
觀光多寶格之目的在於聯合各校師生透過資訊溝通科技以,田野調查研究及媒體的方式傳達本年度主題為--
文化足下通,尋寶台灣行
希望和世界各地的青年學子，特別是歐洲聯盟的中學，共同在探索如何以觀光導介的方式,傳達當地文化今與昔，引導年青世代探索從台灣通往世界的文化通路。 |
Youth Knowledge Network, Taiwan launched Cutural Curio Cabinet in 2002. The project was highly commended by EU NetDays 2004. The project is also awarded as the creative cultural service of GYSD 2005.
In 2006, Tourism CCC utilizes ICT and media presenation to promote Taiwan culture. The theme is
